What counts as a "task"?+
A single unit of work end-to-end — pick the bug, plan the fix, ship the PR, self-review. Retries, reviewer-agent runs, and exploration on the same ticket all roll into one task. You see one cost line, not a stack of model calls.
Can I see what a task is doing while it runs?+
Yes. The Leroy app shows live status for every active task — current step, files touched, time elapsed. Pause, redirect, or cancel from the queue at any point. Costs only lock in once you approve the plan.
Can I run more than my plan's concurrency?+
Concurrent runs spin up isolated infrastructure (sandbox, agent state, git ops), so they have a real cost. Beyond your plan’s limit, runs queue. Upgrade or move to Enterprise for higher caps.
What happens if I exceed my monthly tasks?+
We never auto-charge. Leroy queues the next run and notifies you so you can grab a top-up pack or upgrade. If you top up frequently, we’ll suggest the upgrade that saves you money.
Why don't you charge per token?+
Because you don’t think in tokens — you think in shipped work. A task is a whole unit of work you can point to, so your bill maps to outcomes, not model chatter. One predictable number per task, however many calls it took under the hood.
Are repos and users really unlimited?+
Yes. Neither has a real cost to us, so neither is a tier gate. Add the whole team. Connect every repo. The only ceilings are tasks-per-month and concurrent runs.
