Leroy for Sentry
Connect your Sentry organization to Leroy so production issues become engineering work instead of sitting in a queue.
What it does
Leroy is an AI engineering platform that turns incoming work — bug reports, alerts, and tickets — into reviewed pull requests. Installing the Sentry integration lets Leroy read your organization's projects and issues so error reports can flow into Leroy as engineering tasks. From there, Leroy's agent investigates the issue against your codebase and opens a pull request with a proposed fix, under whatever level of human oversight you choose.
Before you start
- A Leroy workspace. If you don't have one yet, request access from the homepage.
- Owner or Manager permissions on the Sentry organization you want to connect (required to install integrations in Sentry).
Install & connect
- Sign in to your Leroy workspace and open Integrations.
- Find Sentry and click Connect. Leroy redirects you to Sentry's installation screen.
- Choose the Sentry organization to connect and review the requested permissions, then click Accept & Install.
- Sentry sends you back to Leroy and the connection is confirmed. Sentry also lists the integration under Settings → Integrations in your Sentry org.
- In Leroy, open the Sentry integration's configuration and choose which projects and alerts should route into Leroy.

Permissions Leroy requests
Leroy requests read-only access. It never modifies your Sentry data.
| Scope | Why |
|---|---|
org: read | Identify the connected organization. |
project: read | List your projects so you can pick which ones route into Leroy. |
issue & event: read | Read issue details (title, culprit, stack trace) so the agent can investigate. |
After connecting
With projects selected, Sentry issues and alerts you've chosen surface in Leroy as tasks. Leroy's agent reads the issue, investigates it against the connected repository, and opens a pull request with a proposed fix for your team to review — or ships it automatically, depending on the oversight level you configure per repository.
Disconnecting
You can remove the integration at any time from Sentry → Settings → Integrations(uninstall) or from the Integrations page in Leroy (disconnect). Either revokes Leroy's access to your Sentry data.
